To Disable Add-ons / Extensions when launching Internet Explorer:
- Click <Start> <Run>
- Type "%ProgramFile%\Internet Explorer\Iexplore.exe" -extoff
- Press Enter
Internet Explorer will now run without any additional functionality from addons and you’ll see a page like this:
Add-ons will be re-enabled once you close and restart the browser.
