1. You will need an application called WM Capture. You can download the full product from:

2. Download the program you want from in the BBC IPlayer Application.

3. Launch BBC IPlayer and play the video you want.

4. Launch WM Capture and click ‘Get Window’:

5. Drag the green Window Selector around the video being played on IPlayer:

6. Pause the video and rewind it to the beginning.

7. Click ‘Record’ in WM Capture and click ‘Play’ on BBC IPlayer as soon as possible.

8. WM Capture will now record the video. Don’t use any other applications, if they pop up over the recording video – they will be recorded.

9. Click ‘Stop’ on WMCapture when the recording is complete:

10. Your MPEG video will now have been created in your 'Videos' folder. Using this method gets around the DRM issues with videos on IPlayer.
